• All deposit transactions are non-refundable • Account balance cannot be converted to cash • We only refund in these cases: - Order not processed within specified time - Service error and unable to complete - Order cancelled before processing starts • Refunds will be credited to account balance, not original payment method • Refund processing time: 24-72 business hours

• We are not responsible if your social media account is banned due to platform policy violations • No guarantee of 100% success rate for all orders • Follow/like counts may decrease over time due to platform policies • We are not liable for indirect damages from using services • Services are provided "as-is"

• Using bots or automated tools to spam the system • Attempting to hack, damage or interfere with the system • Creating multiple accounts to exploit promotions • Using services to promote illegal content • Fraud or deception in transactions • Reselling services without permission • Spamming or abusing the support system
