• You must be 18 years or older to use our services • You must provide accurate information when registering • You are responsible for securing your login credentials • Do not share your account with others • Do not use services for illegal purposes • Comply with social media platform terms when using services

• All deposit transactions are non-refundable • Account balance cannot be converted to cash • We only refund in these cases: - Order not processed within specified time - Service error and unable to complete - Order cancelled before processing starts • Refunds will be credited to account balance, not original payment method • Refund processing time: 24-72 business hours

• We are not responsible if your social media account is banned due to platform policy violations • No guarantee of 100% success rate for all orders • Follow/like counts may decrease over time due to platform policies • We are not liable for indirect damages from using services • Services are provided "as-is"

STRICTLY PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES: • Fraud or scams: creating fake orders, using stolen cards/accounts, providing false information to claim refunds or promotions • Gambling, betting, or online casino in any form (poker, casino, lottery, sports betting, reward games...) • Spam: sending spam messages, spam comments, seeding wrong content disturbing end users • Deceiving customers: false advertising, unfulfilled promises, using the service to generate fake reviews/ratings for products or services • Using bots or automated tools to abuse or spam the system • Hacking, attacking, disrupting, or interfering with the system • Creating multiple accounts to exploit promotions • Promoting illegal content or content violating local laws • Reselling services without written permission • Distributing pornographic, violent, inciting, or culturally offensive content Violations will result in permanent account suspension, NO refunds, and potential legal prosecution.

• All content on the website is owned by SocialMedia.vn • Do not copy, distribute or use content without permission • Logo, trademark and domain are our property • Users retain ownership of content they upload

• Start time: 0-24 hours after ordering • Processing speed depends on service type • Delays may occur during peak hours • We will notify if issues affect progress • Large orders may be split into multiple phases
